Power unit

Disconnect the fuel hose from the fuel fil-
ter, and then remove the “Fuel system”.

Disconnect the pilot water hose

10. Lift up the power unit after removing the

bolts. Remove the dowels.

11. Remove the oil strainer assembly

and

relief valve

12. Remove the charge coil

, lighting coil

and pulser coil

13. Remove the spark plug caps, CDI unit

ignition coil

, oil pressure switch and

spark plugs.

14. Check the oil strainer assembly for dam-

age, clogs. Clean or replace, if neces-
sary.

15. Check the relief valve for cracks or dam-

age. Replace if necessary.
