I.t-trp
The drive has tripped on overload after
delivering >100% of value in
P1-08:Motor rated current for a time
period
• Increase acceleration rate or reduce the load.
• Make sure that the motor cable length is within the specified
limit.
• Check the load mechanically for a jam, blockage, or stalled
condition.
• Ensure that motor parameters P1-08:Motor rated current,
P1-09:Motor rated frequency are entered correctly and that
P4-01:Motor control mode select corresponds to the connected
motor type.
5
PS-trp
Instantaneous over current on drive
output
Refer to fault code 3.
6
O-volt
Over voltage on the DC bus
The fault is caused by excessive regenerative energy transferred
from the load back to the drive. It occurs when a high inertia or over
hauling type load is connected.
• If the fault occurs on stop or during deceleration, then increase
the deceleration ramp time P1-04:Deceleration ramp time.
7
U-volt
Under voltage on the DC bus
Under voltage occurs routinely when the power is switched off.
• Check the incoming supply voltage and all the connections into
the drive, fuses, and contactors.
8
O-t
VFD heatsink over temperature
• Check the ambient temperature.
• Ensure that the internal cooling fan operates.
• Ensure that the required space around the drive is observed,
and that the cooling airflow path is not restricted.
9
U-t
Drive under temperature
Raise the temperature above -10°C (14°F) before the drive is started.
10
P-dEF
Factory default parameters have been
loaded
Displayed when the Up, Down, Start, and Stop buttons are pressed
simultaneously.
• Press the Off button to proceed.
11
E-triP
Rotor blocked
Motor overloaded and stopped due to blockage. Remove objects
that prevent rotation.
12
SC-ObS
Communications fault
Communications with PC or remote keypad is lost.
• Check that the cables and connections to external devices are
intact.
• Check that the drive is not in upgrade mode.
13
Flt-dc
Excessive DC ripple on the internal DC
bus
If the fault remains, then contact your sales and service
representative.
• Check that all three supply phases are present and within the
3% supply voltage tolerance.
• Reduce the motor load.
14
P-LoSS
Input phase missing
One input phase has been disconnected or lost. The fault appears
only for drives that are intended for 3-phase supply.
15
h 0–1
Instantaneous over current on drive
output
Refer to fault code 3.
16
th-Flt
Faulty thermistor on heatsink
If the fault remains, then contact your sales and service
representative.
17
dAtA–F
Internal memory fault
Parameters are not saved, factory defaults are reloaded.
18
4–20F
4–20 mA signal lost
Check the signal source and wiring to the drive terminals.
• Check the signal source and wiring to the drive terminals.
• The reference signal on the analog input 1 or 2 (terminals 6 or
10) has dropped below the minimum threshold of 3 mA when
signal format is set to 4-20 mA.
19
dAtA–E
Internal memory fault
Parameters are not saved, factory defaults are reloaded.
