051-702 Cause: Data saved in the medium is not suitable for media print or has
been erased.
Action: For media print, certain rules are applied to the scanning of data
saved in the medium. Check the type and file configuration of the
data saved in the medium.
Refer to “3.8.3 Inserting/Removing the Flash Memory” (P.94), and
remove/insert the medium following the correct steps. If you remove/
insert the medium incorrectly, the medium might get damaged.

051-703 Cause: The Media Print Kit (optional) may not be connected correctly to
this printer.
Action: Switch off this printer and check if the Media Print Kit (optional) is
connected correctly, and then repeat the steps from the top. If the
problem still persists, contact our Customer Support Center or
your dealers.
