a llowe d to fl ow “p as t” the MOTUS® to the m otor. No
s trong electro s t a tic b a ckfl ow i s a llowe d fro m the
lo ad s i d e b a ck to the MOTUS®. In s ulation fault s or
a connection of the motor coil to a potential that i s
not pa ss e d via the MOTUS® (e.g. neutral point with
the neutral con d uctor) can generate a fault me ss age
that require s the d evice to be replace d for rea s on s of
functional s afety. Thi s f a ult i s regi s tere d per ma nent-
ly in the error m e m ory.

tion to the 3-ph as e network i s e s t a bli s he d d irectly by
m e a n s of the ada pter. When u s ing the DIN r a il ada pter,
ob s erve the ter m in a l d e s ign a tion s when connecting
the 3-ph as e network.
