20 W Stereo Integrated Audio Amplifier
•
The sleeve is the common (ground) connection.
•
The ring is the right channel connection.
•
The tip is the left channel connection.
– Prepare a 19-inch long 2-conductor shielded cable. Remove 4-inches of insulation from
one end, and 2-inches of insulation from the other end. Attach a quick-disconnect terminal
to each of the wires (black, white, and shield drain) on the 4-inch side. Attach the
connectors as follows:
•
White to the
HEAD1
terminal on the right channel speaker PWB.
•
Black to the
HEAD1
terminal on the left channel speaker PWB.
•
Shield to the
GND
terminal on the left channel speaker PWB.
– Route the 2-conductor shielded cable to the front panel and the1/4-inch headphone jack
(J1). Make the following connections:
•
White to the
ring
terminal on J1. Solder.
•
Black to the
tip
terminal on J1. Solder.
•
Shield to the
sleeve
terminal on J1. Solder.
– Prepare a 19-inch long 2-conductor shielded cable. Remove 4-inches of insulation from

(J2). Make the following connections:
•
White to the
ring
terminal on J2. Solder.
•
Black to the
tip
terminal on J2. Solder.
•
Shield to the
sleeve
terminal on J2. Solder.
