Scope of Coverage
The purpose of this manual is to provide a reference for all qualified Westport 15L System
technicians and field service personnel. This manual contains information on the Westport
Electronic Service Tool (
WEST). WEST is a service tool to aid with diagnosing and repairing
faults on the Westport 15L System .
This manual contains material directly related to the use of WEST with the Westport 15L System.
For all diagnostic work performed, follow the procedures in the
Westport 15L System Fault Code
Reference Manual and the Westport 15L System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Guide. For all
repair work performed, follow the Westport 15L Service Work Instructions . Replacement part
information can be obtained through the Westport 15L Service Part Drawings.
