Assembly

If it is found bump camshaft bump, do not allow repair use;

Be careful to injure the camshaft bushing when penetrating the camshaft;

Thrust washer bolt 242 thread sealant, tighten

5.3.2 Preparation before disassembly

Equipment conditions: torque wrenches, wrenches, oilers and lubricants.

Disassembly Preparation: The engine is fixed in the demolition of the pedestal, rocker cover
removal is complete, the rocker and rocker shaft removal.
5.3.3 Dismantling
1.
Turn the crankshaft to see if the rocker arm is rotating flexibly.
