8.3.2 Pre-assembly Preparation

Equipment condition: air wrench, sleeve wrench, open end wrench

Preparation: remove the radiator and the pipes.

8.3.3 Disassembling Steps of the radiator

Remove the bolt 2 and bolt 4 of the fan 1 and the hub 3, remove the fan 1.

remove the bolt 5 and bolt 6, remove the hub 3.

8.3.4 Assembling Steps of the radiator

The assembly should be conducted in the reverse order of disassembly.

8.3.5 Inspection and Maintenance of Fan

Before assembly, first check the fan, fan clutch, fan connecting disk and hexagon flange face

bolt to make sure there is no defect or damage in manufacturing and usage.

Check the fan, clutch, fan connecting disk or pulley for crack or any other damage on them.
