6.1.3 Ignition System Assembly Steps
1.
Tighten the ignition plug with the ignition plug wrench, tighten torque (25-28) nm

Assemble the Ignition coil,

Fix the ignition coil with M5 bolt.
6.1.4 Ignition System Inspection and Maintenance

The normal spark plug head is grey or gray, if the electrode of the spark plug is damage or
melted, change a new spark plug.

Check the clearance of the sparking plug with a feeler, the clearance is 0.35mm. The clearance
of each cylinder is same, if it is necessary change it.
Note : Adjust the clearance of the sparking plug if it is not right. If the clearance of the
sparking plug is large, place the feeler in the gap first, then tap the electrode with a small
wrench; If the clearance is small, raise the gap with a small vise, then place the feeler in the
gap, then tap the electrode with a small wrench. When adjusting the clearance, ensure that the
side electrode is parallel to the center electrode.
3.
Check the thread of the sparking plug , if it is necessary change it.
4.
Check whether the rubber sleeve of ignition coil old or damaged, if there is, it is necessary to
replace it.
Note: remove the rubber sleeve from the axial, don't bend it.
