1.
Equipment condition: air wrench, sleeve wrench, open end wrench, rubber hammer

Preparation: remove the belts, remove all the water joint hose of the thermostat
8.6.3 Disassembling Steps of Thermostat
1.
Remove the clamp 15 and hose 16.
2.
Remove the hexagon bolt 3 and 5, remove the thermostat and washer 2.
3.
Remove the hexagon bolt 14, remove the thermostat cover 13.
4.
Remove the thermostat 11.
