Remove the clamp 2 and the hose 3 of the inter cooler pipe, remove the inter cooler pipe 4 and
pipe 7.

Remove the clamp 2 and the hose 3 of the water pipe, remove the water pipe 5 and water pipe
6.
8.2.4 Assembling Steps of the radiator
The assembly should be conducted in the reverse order of disassembly.
8.2.5 Inspection and Maintenance of Radiator
1.
Carry out the suppression test on the radiator, inter cooler pipe and water pipe before
assembling, make sure there is no leakage.
2.
Check the hose, make sure there is no damage on the surface.
