TROUBLESHOOTING AND RECTIFICATION

Incorrect maintenance/repair!
Danger to life and equipment damage.
WAGNER devices, protective systems and safety, monitoring and control equipment
may only be serviced/repaired as defined in Directive 2014/34/EC (ATEX) by trained
WAGNER service personnel or skilled persons in accordance with TRBS 1203!
Note national regulations!
Service, repair or replacement of devices or parts of devices may only be performed
outside the hazard area!

Feeding insufficient or interrupted – Incorrect setting of feed air
– Make readjustment
– Clogging up of the feed system – Cleaning or replacing the hosing
– Lump formation
– Increase the feed air pressure on
the throttle valve
– Breakage or wear of the valve

– Replacement of the squeeze
valve by WAGNER service
personnel
– Insufficient air pressure in the
system
– Examination of system by system
operator
Incorrect control of the solenoid
valve
– Incorrectly set LOGO controller
– Make readjustment
Electric controller failure
– Serious malfunction in electrical
control cabinet
