Peristaltic pump
Installation of the new hose sleeve:
1. Positioning:
Align the housing (5) so that the side without stop pins points in the direction of
the tab side of the new hose sleeve (6).
The wide guide tab (3) of the hose sleeve (6) is aligned with the wide housing groove.
2. Sliding in:
Push the hose sleeve (6), guided by the tabs and grooves, through the housing (5)
up to stop.
Installation instructions:
Moisten the outside of the sealing collar and/or the inside of the housing with
some soapy water or rubber care product (never use grease or oil!).
3. Turning:
Turn the hose sleeve (6) by approx. 45° to the right until the wide tab (3) is in contact
with the stop pin (4) (see illustration).
4. Securing:
Be sure to reinsert the black locking pin (2) to the left of the wide tab (3)!
The hose sleeve (6) is now fixed in the housing and the pinch valve is ready for use
again.
Check whether the two O-rings (7) on the housing (5) are undamaged, otherwise
replace them!
5. Attach mounting flanges to the pinch valve housing.
