8.2.8 REPLACING THE DN65 HOSE SLEEVE

Removal of the defective hose sleeve:
1. Remove mounting flanges from the squeeze valve housing.
2. Pull out the black locking pin (2) left of the wide guide tabs (3) (see figure).
3. Turn the hose sleeve (6) by approx. 45° to the left until the four guide tabs are
aligned centrally with the housing grooves.
If the sealing collars are stuck, applying a blast of compressed air in the connection
for the control, can facilitate twisting (remove quick exhaust valve).
4. Push the hose sleeve (6), guided by the tabs and grove, through the housing (5) or
pull it out of the housing (5).
5. Thoroughly clean the housing (5).
