8.2.4 MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
The maintenance intervals should be adapted by the operator depending on the level of
use and if necessary the level of soiling.
If in doubt, we recommend contacting WAGNER's specialist personnel.
Interval duration
Activity
Every 3 months
Check the conductivity of the recovery hose
(see chapter 8.2.5).
Check the non-return valves and replace if
necessary.
At least once a year
Replace the squeeze valves' sealing collars
(depending on powder type, powder
throughput, ambient conditions, cycle times).
Once a year
Check the fast discharge valves and replace
as necessary.
Check peristaltic pump internally for sintering
and remove if necessary.
Notice!
When damaged non-return valves or sealing collars are replaced, the exhaust air silencers
of the valve terminal in the control cabinet are to be checked and replaced as necessary.
If the exhaust air silencers are contaminated with powder, the valves of the valve terminal
are to be changed and the basic device of the valve terminal is to be cleaned thoroughly.
In case of contamination due to compressed air, only replace the exhaust air silencers.
Check compressed air supply and improve if necessary.
