Start / Stop button

Operating elements

5.1

Start / Stop button (A)

The machine starts when the Start / Stop button is pressed and stops when it is
pressed again. The machine starts slowly at the beginning of the sewing process.

Indicator light
Green “ON” light : ready for sewing or winding.
Red “ON” light

: presser foot is not in the down position or the buttonhole

lever has not been lowered. If the red light is on, the machine
will not start when the Start / Stop button is pressed.

If the upper thread is not threaded, the machine stops after a few turns (upper
thread sensor).

NOTE:

When the foot controller is plugged in, the Start / Stop button is disabled.

5.2

Reverse button (B)

The machine sews in reverse at low speed while this button is pressed and stops
when it is released.

NOTE:

When the foot controller is connected and the pedal is pressed, the machine
sews in reverse as long as the button is pressed. When it is released, the
machine sews forward.
