Thread cutter
If you are not using the Thread Cutter button after sewing, you can cut the
threads using the manual thread cutter.
1.
Raise the presser foot and pull the fabric and threads back after sewing.
2.
Hook the threads into the thread cutter from the back to the front.
3.
Pull the fabric to cut the threads.

Sewing in reverse
Sewing in reverse is used to reinforce the beginning and end of a seam. You can
sew in reverse using the Reverse button. (The machine sews in reverse as long
as you keep the button pressed. As soon as you release the button, sewing in
reverse stops.)
1.
Place the fabric in the position where the reverse stitch is to be sewn and
lower the presser foot.
2.
Press and hold the Reverse button. Sew 4 to 5 stitches in reverse.
3.
Release the Reverse button and press the Start / Stop button (or press the
foot pedal). The machine switches to forward sewing.
