Communications , where you select audio algorithms, video formats,
CODEC quality, and also activate a loopback test to verify that the WG500
is functioning and simulating a connection; and,
•
Network Messages , to display standardized telecommunications messages
that are sent and received by your WG500 during a call.
Accessing the Control Interface
1. Click the V icon on the video window to display the first toolbar.
2. Click the Rotate Toolbars button to display the second toolbar.
3. Click the Show Tools Toolbar button to display the System Tools toolbar.
4. On the System Tools toolbar, click the Show Control Interface button. The
Control Interface window opens.
AppsView Advanced Interface Setup
The Advanced Interface Setup window is another location to make changes to your
AppsView settings. It consists of three tabs:
•
Appearance , where toolbar settings are controlled;
•
Launch , to set up applications for quick access via AppsView;
•
File Location , where you can specify the location for files that you receive
during a videoconference.
Accessing the Advanced Interface Setup window
1. Click the V icon on the video window to display the first toolbar.

Click the Rotate Toolbars button to display the second toolbar.
3.
Click the Show Tools Toolbar button to display the System Tools toolbar.
4.
On the System Tools toolbar, click the Set Configuration button. The
Advanced Interface Setup window opens.
