MAKING ESPRESSO
•
Make sure that the unit is switched off.
•
Remove the water tank (16), fill it with cold water
and install back to its place.
•
Select one of the coffee filters (20 or 21), and
insert it into the holder (19), matching the ledge
on the filter with the hole on the holder (19) and
turn the filter clockwise/anticlockwise (pic. 1, 2).
•
Add ground coffee into the filter: 2 full measur
ing spoons to make two coffee cups and 1 full
spoon to make one coffee cup, make even and
slightly tamp the ground coffee with the back
side of the measuring spoon (22).
•
Install the filter holder into the coffee maker.
Position the handle so that it aligns with the
open lock symbol «
» on the unit and goes
into the groove (fig. 3), then turn the handle of
the filter holder (17) to the right until bumping
and until it aligns with the closed lock symbol
«
» (fig. 4, 5).
•
Place a corresponding cup on a respective tray
(3 or 5) (fig. 10) and turn the cappuccinator pipe
(2) to the cup using the bar (8).
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
•
Switch the coffee maker on by pressing the but
ton (14), the illumination of the buttons (23, 24
and 25) on the control panel will start flashing.
Note: If you don’t use the unit for 15 minutes, it
will switch to the stand-by mode automatically for
safety reasons (boiler heating is switched off, the
illumination of control buttons goes out). Press any
control button to switch back the operating mode.
•
When the control buttons stop flashing, press
the espresso button (23) once to make one cof
fee cup (60119 ml).
•
Press the button (23) once, the indicator
will
light up, make one cup of coffee.
•
Press the button (23) twice, the indicator
will
light up, make two cups of coffee.
•
Press and hold the coffee button for 3 seconds
to turn the two indicators
on (at the same
time. When the amount of coffee reaches the
required amount, you can press any button to
stop the operation.
•
The unit can make espresso according to your
settings, which are set automatically, if the indi
cators
are continuously lit, it means that
the preparation of coffee is complete, you can
enjoy your espresso.
Attention!
After the required amount of coffee has finished
pouring, do not remove the filter immediately, wait
10 seconds.
Note: Repeated making of coffee should be per-
formed after at least 5 min interval.
MAKING CAPPUCCINO
Attention! Be careful not to get burns by the out-
going steam.
•
Make sure that the unit is switched off.
•
Remove the water tank (16), fill it with cold
water and install back to its place.
•
Remove the milk tank (11), fill it with milk as
well and install back to its place.
•
Add ground coffee into the filter: 2 full mea
suring spoons to make two coffee cups and
1 full spoon to make one coffee cup, make
even and slightly tamp the ground coffee with
the back side of the measuring spoon (22).
•
Install the filter holder into the coffee maker.
Position the handle so that it aligns with the
open lock symbol «
» on the unit and goes
into the groove (fig. 3), then turn the handle of
the filter holder (17) to the right until bumping
and until it aligns with the closed lock symbol
«
» (fig. 4, 5).
•
Place a corresponding cup on a respective

Before making cappuccino, turn the knob
(9) to the middle position, you can adjust
the amount of frothed milk according to your
preference by turning the knob (9) to the right
«
» for more milk and minimum amount
of froth and to the left « » for less milk and
more froth.
Notes:
•
The intensity of the froth can be adjusted dur-
ing the brewing cycle.
•
For safety reasons, the unit automatically goes
into standby mode (the boiler is turned off, the
illumination of the control buttons goes out) if
it is not used for 15 minutes. Press any control
button to switch back to the operating mode.
•
When the control buttons stop flashing, press
the cappuccino button (24) once to make one
cup of cappuccino.
•
Press the button (24) twice to make two cups
of cappuccino.
WARNING: When making cappuccino or latte, be
sure to adjust the milk froth pipe (10) inside the
cup to be used. In addition, you can also adjust the
length of the frothed milk pipe (10) by locking it in
different positions to adapt to different cup sizes.
You can also clean it by twisting and then securing
(fig. 8).
