Notes:
1 Status = 0 if there is no valid IP-address set (if DHCP used)
Status = 1 if there is a valid IP-address set
If IP-address is manually set it will always be valid.
2 Config Capability = 4 (bit 2 set) if DHCP is enabled.
Config Capability = 0 if DHCP is disabled (fixed IP-address used).
3 The interface configuration attribute has values for IP-address, net mask and
gateway address but not for name servers or domain name.
