Moving, hiding, and clearing a marker
1 To move the active marker, do one of the following:
– Tap a new position on the trace. The active marker jumps to the new position on the active trace.
– Tap the new marker in the marker table below. The active marker moves directly to the specified
position on the active trace.
2 To hide the active marker, complete the following steps:
– Tap the active marker on the screen and tap the
Marker to Off . To have the marker back on the
screen, tap the Marker to On .
NOTE:
The instrument keeps the last status of marker type and position internally so that you can
have the marker back on the trace with the previous information when you select Marker On
in the same measurement mode.
3 To clear all the markers displayed on the chart, tap any marker screen key that has marker properties.
Tap Marker Clear All and all the existing markers disappear and their marker properties are
deleted.
