Connection the maintenance switch
Operation
Using the maintenance input at the control box, your shading device can be moved to its upper or lower
position and locked. This is extremely important when carrying out cleaning or maintenance work. All
façades can be driven simultaneously into a fully open or closed position by using the maintenance
switch. This makes it impossible for the façades to be operated locally using a local button.
Cable lengths
The maximum cable length when using cable JY ST (Y) 2 × 2 × 0.8 is 100 m.
Terminals
Connect the maintenance switch to the terminals Main down, Main up and GND.

WARNING!
In the event of a fire and/or wind alarm, all sunshade devices will be retracted
immediately. Risk to life due to sudden movement of connected sunshades,
mechanisms or skylights!
Therefore:
Before carrying out maintenance work on connected devices that are in an extended
position, you must switch off those devices or switch off the control box.
