MBX IP Phone Setup
Using the Display Menu
The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) of the IP-8012 has three lines, and the IP-8024 has four lines
of 24 characters each. The LCD is used to convey information to you. It provides the date, time
and station number on the display while idle. It will also provide called/calling name/number
display, feature status and an interactive menu to guide you through feature access and User
Program selections:
To activate the Display Menu:
1. Press [MENU] button,
2. Press the Navigation Up/Down buttons and press the OK Soft button to select,
OR
Dial the associated digit (Menu selections shown):
Phone Setting
Set Font Type
Select the font type (0 for new roman, 1 for gothic), and press the OK Soft button to select.
Set Contrast
Press the [VOL Up/Down] buttons or Use Navigation Up/Down buttons to adjust the
brightness, then press the OK Soft button to select.
