P03.27 and P03.28 provide a method of controlling the sequencer inputs and other functions
directly from a single control word. If P03.28 = 0, thecontrol word has no effect, if P03.28 = 1,
the control word is enabled. Each bit of the control word corresponds to a sequencing bit or
function as shown below,
