: Calibrates both the geometry and convergence test points
and scaling.
o Geometry All : Calibrates the center and screen geometry test points and scaling.
o Geometry Center : Calibrates only the center geometry test points and scaling.

: Calibrates only the screen geometry test points and scaling.
o Convergence : Calibrates the convergence test points.

Initialize AU Hardware : This function is used to re-sync or reboot the system – projector –
camera communication. This function must be performed to establish the communication link and
operation verification. If the
AU hardware is not initialized, the Convergence , Screen
Geometry
and
Center Geometry
menu selections are disabled (grayed-out). This function
typically takes 1-2 minutes per projector to perform.
NOTE: After selecting Initialize AU Hardware, it may be necessary to re-select the desired
projectors in order to activate some menu items.

Home Validation : Future Function
•
Convergence : This function allows the user to directly access the Convergence Test Point set
which is used during the Convergence Correction operation and the third pass of the Geometry
Correction operation. Section 2.3.4 details the configuration of the three test point sets.

Screen Geometry
: This function allows the user to directly access the Screen Geometry Test
Point Set, which is used during the second pass of the Geometry Correction operation. Section
2.3.4 details the configuration of the three test point sets.

Center Geometry : This function allows the user to directly access the mapping of the Center
Geometry Test Point set, which is used during the first pass of the Geometry Correction operation.
Section 2.3.4 details the configuration of the three test point sets.

Patterns : This selection includes an additional fly-out menu to select either the externally
generated pattern or utilize the built-in projector test patterns, which are genlocked to the external
source frequencies.

Motor On
: This is an explicit command to turn the camera motor on. All operations, but the
Maintenance Windows implicitly execute the Motor Off command before beginning operations.

Motor Off : This is an explicit command to turn the camera motor off. If the user has explicitly
