This chapter provides instructions on videoconferencing with HD3000. It includes
the following operations:

Answering a videoconferencing call

Adding and editing Phone Book entries

Starting videoconferences from the Phone Book, the Speed Dial, and Redial
buttons

Ending videoconferences.
4.1
Answering Videoconferencing Calls
You can accept and reject incoming calls manually, or answer them automatically.
Manually Answering Calls
When there is an incoming call, HD3000 rings. A message, including the caller’s
station name or address, asks if you want to answer the call.

To answer the call
T
Press <OK>. HD3000 completes the connection.

To reject the call
T
Press <Cancel>.
The other party’s (
remote
) video appears on your monitor. The In Call
icon appears, indicating that the call has been successfully connected.
