Condition
Solution
After startup, the
screen is black.
1. Verify that the TV monitor is on.
2. Verify that at least one camera is connected securely.
3. Switch to another camera. On the remote control,
press <CAM> and then the arrow buttons until a
camera view is visible.
During a
conference over
the Internet, the
video and audio
quality are poor.
T
The Internet connection is either limited or
insufficient. Call at a lower bitrate.
The remote party
cannot hear you,
but you can hear
them.
1. Verify that the microphones and TV monitors on both
the local and remote sides are connected properly and
securely.
2. Press <Menu> and select
Audio
. Make sure that the
tabletop microphone is the selected audio input.
Condition
Solution
The “Upgrade cannot
start” message appears.
T
Press <Menu> and access the Options>Security
dialog box. Select
Enable Remote Upgrade
.
Following the upgrade, a
configuration dialog box
appears automatically.
T
If the upgrade is unsuccessful, the HD3000
enters Installer Mode. Verify that the displayed
LAN configuration is correct and run the
Upgrade program again.
