Downloading the HD Upgrade Utility

The HD  Upgrade Utility  is  available from  the Downloads page of  VCON’s website 
(

http://www.vcon.com

).

To download the Upgrade utility

1. On the 

www.vcon.com>Support>Downloads

 page, click the link for 

downloading the HD Upgrade utility.

2. Download the setup file to your PC.

3. Run the  setup file to install  the utility  on the  remote  PC.  Perform the steps 

in the  Upgrade utility’s installation wizard. Click 

Finish

 when the process 

is complete.

Downloading the New Software Version

After downloading the Upgrade Utility, return to the VCON website to download 
the new software version.
