8.6 Connect Drain for Water
For water-drainage we suggest a ball-cock with an
inside thread R 1/4". A drain hose can be attached.
8.7 Connect Water Overflow
An overflow hose (Item 43, Fig. 10) ø 30 x 450 mm is
connected by the manufacturer. A longer hose can be
attached if necessary.
8.8 Clean the Machine
•
Remove adhesive tapes and waste packaging
•
Check the tank for soiling and, if necessary, clean it
•
Clean outer machine surfaces with commercial
chrome cleaner
9. Commissioning
WARNING
Risk of injuries! The first start-up must always be
undertaken by a VC999 Customer Service
Representative. Unauthorised first start-up can lead
to injuries and damage to goods and property!
The Customer's Staff are fully instructed on this
occasion.
9.1 Forbidden Operations
•
Do not process spoiled foodstuffs.
•
Do not bring products into use if the heat seal in
the shrink pack is faulty.
•
Only use approved vacuum bags.
•
Do not immerse any products which could be
damaged or destroyed by hot water.
