13.2.2 Service Unit
Every 2 weeks:
The oil feeder (32) of the air service unit must be filled
at least 1/3 with oil, topping up if necessary.
Oils recommended: Shell TELLUS 22 or equivalent
grade in other brands.
The oil feed is set by the manufacturer (1 drop for 15
lifts).
13.2.3 Immersion Platform (18)
Every 6 months:
•
Check chain wheels, deflection sheaves and drive
pinions for wear.
•
Check silicone-coated rods on immersion platform
for damage.
•
Check tension of chain.
The immersion platform is kept from the back wall of
the tank by two guide pegs. When these pegs are
shorter than 30 mm they must be changed.
13.2.4 Electrical Fuses
WARNING
Electrical hazard! Danger of death –electric shock!
Before opening the cover of the electrical cabinet
always switch off the main switch (16)
!
•
Remove left-hand back panel (22) of machine.
•
Unscrew cover of electrical cabinet.
•
The fuses are now accessible for changing
(see Fig. 3).
•
Replace cover of electrical cabinet and back panel
of machine (22).
13.2.5 Changing Electronic Boards
WARNING
Risk of injuries due to moving parts, or risk of
fatal electric shock!
Always switch off the machine before
installation, maintenance and repair work.
Before starting, switch off the main switch and
put on a padlock to prevent the machine being
switched on inadvertently. Keep the key out of
the reach of other people!
NOTICE
Do not touch electrical components and guard
against static charges!
Taking down
•
Unscrew 8 screws on the front plate (50).
•
Swing front plate (50) forward.
•
Pull out 5/6/8/10/14-pole plugs (52).
•
Loosen 8 securing nuts (53) and take down
electronic boards (49).

Replacing
Replace new electronic boards (49) in reverse order.
