[Essential tools] If filter case is tight, use monkey
wrench or pliers
[Replace when] Vacuum power is lessened, Vacuum
operation cannot be done, Filter
cartridge is clogged up heavily.
Filter and filter element (cartridge) are sold by
themselves or as a part of the replacement parts kit.
The foreign materials which is inhaled from the nozzle
are accumulated in the filter case.
When the above problem occurs, clean or replace the
filter cartridge as indicated in follows.

If the filter is blocked with foreign materials,
unscrew the plastic filter case, remove and clean
it.
If the filter element is clogged and vacuum will
be affected, remove and clean the element.

To replace the filter element, remove the filter
case by turning counter-clockwise.
Then turn the cartridge also counter-clockwise.
After the cleaning or replacing, insert the new
cartridge and reassemble the filter case.

When dirt is heavy, please replace with
a new cartridge.
Attention
If filter case is tight, turn the hexagon head
located under the case by a monkey
wrench, etc.
