Set a heating timer from 1 to 10 depending on the required heat time.

Set a gas timer to the OFF position.

Move a nozzle forward by pressing a START/STOP button.

Place a pouch to the seal area.

Push down on a table to the intermediate position.

Push a START/STOP button to start vacuuming.

When optimum vacuum level is achieved, push a START/STOP button again
to stop vacuuming. A nozzle will withdraw to the back position.

After nozzle withdrawal, press down on a table further down to perform
sealing.
