Essential tools: Philips screwdriver,
Hexagonal wrench (3mm)
Replace when: The nozzle is clogged or the gas does
not flow from the nozzle.
The vacuuming is weak or the machine
does not vacuum.

Loosen the screws that fix the frame cover unit.
Remove the frame cover unit. The right
illustration describes after the frame cover is
removed.

Make sure that the nozzle is in the back (initial)
position. Remove the return spring.

Loosen the cap screw on the side of the nozzle
holder using the hexagonal wrench.

Lift up the pressure lever with your hand and
pull out the nozzle.
When the nozzle is clogged with the foreign
objects and hard to clean, please replace it to the
new one.

Attach the nozzle as shown in the right
illustration. Set the nozzle to correct direction
so that the surface is upper side. The nozzle end
must be parallel with pressure lever.

Carefully install the return spring to its initial
position as the above illustration for process

Please clean or replace the nozzle with the following
process.
