Essential tools: Scissors, Philips screwdriver
Replace when: Fluoro glass sheet breaks, burns, or
when the seal becomes messy, etc.
Fluoro glass sheet is either sold individually or included
in the maintenance parts kit.
25-30cm of extra fluoro glass sheet is rolled on the roll
bar.

Loosen three (a) fixing screws that fix (b) fluoro
glass sheet holding bracket. Pull out the edge of
fluoro glass sheet. You do not have to
completely remove (b) holding bracket.

Loosen two white plastic nuts that fix (c) fluoro
glass sheet roll bar fastening plates to free (d)
fluoro glass sheet roll bar. Slide the fluoro glass
sheet toward you.

Cut the damaged part of the fluoro glass sheet
with scissors.

Insert the edge of the fluoro glass sheet between
the holder and (b) holding bracket.
Tighten (a) fixing screws so (b) holding bracket
securely holds the fluoro glass sheet edge.

Roll up the fluoro glass sheet to (d) fluoro glass
sheet roll bar so it does not get wrinkled.

Tighten the white plastic nuts to secure (d) roll
bar with (c) fastening plates.
