Turn the heating timer dial to set a heat timer.
The bigger the scale number is, the longer the heat time
will be.
[Dial 1 ~ 10 = about 0.1 ~ 2.3 seconds.]
Depending on the film or bag, the required heat time
will differ. Set the heat timer at minimum required to
make a sufficient seal. It will increase the work
efficiency and avoid the unnecessary power
consumption.
The power cord is located on the left side of the
machine, when facing toward it. Make sure the
electrical outlet has adequate current carrying capacity
as described at
“1. Specification.”
Insert the electric
power plug fully into the wall outlet.
Turn ON the power switch. The power lamp will turn
ON.
Set the heating and gas-flushing time with the timer
unit. The sealing condition will vary depending on the
pouch/ film material, thickness and size. Reset the
sealing condition every time you change the pouch/
film.
