5a. Enter proper cell-to-gun setting (glue-pattern-
edit menu).
5b. Enter proper pattern-delay settings.
5c. Enter proper turnon and turnoff times for the
valves (setup menu).
5d. Adjust the valve so that the nozzle is closer
to the product.
5e. Assign proper scanner to the valve(s).
5f. Increase the scanner lockout value (glue-
pattern-edit menu).
5g. Enter proper ratio compensation (setup
menu).

6e. Ensure that the proper measuring units
(either metric or imperial) have been entered
for the glue patterns.
6f. Ensure that the scanner assignment to the
valves is correct (glue-pattern-edit menu).
6g. Ensure that the encoder assignment is
correct (setup menu).
6h. Ensure that the “Ton” and “Toff” values are
correct (setup menu).
