Regulations pertaining to electrical installa-
tions
The maximum sensor cable length of 50 m may not be
exceeded.
Where lengths are greater than 10m, route the connec-
tion cables carrying 230V separately from the sensor or
bus cables.
Do not use free terminals on the appliance as support
terminals for other wiring.

A control cable for the vrnetDIALOG is also supplied (ac-
cessories).
6.4
Connecting the power supply
Different types of power supply are provided for heat
pumps by the power companies. The heat pump can be
operated with various types of mains feed. Three types
of connection are described on the following pages.
• Pass the power supply lines(s) through the left handle
trough in the rear panel of the unit
• Pass the lines through the wiring circuit in the domes-
tic hot water cylinder insulation (see Fig. 2.7, item
1
)
downward to the electric control box, through appro-
priate cord grips and to the connection terminals of
the terminal block.
• Carry out the wiring of the connection as illustrated in
the following wiring diagrams.
