INTRODUCTION
This manual is addressed to the Users of the Intrusion Alarm System 1068 produced by Urmet S.p.A.
The document provides the Customer with a general description of the alarm system, its main features and also contains detailed
instructions for proper use.
The components and main functions of the system are certified Grade 1 (Ref. 1068/005) and Grade 2 (Ref. 1068/005),
according to EN50131 standards.
CONVENTIONS
In this manual, some conventions have been used to distinguish between different types of information:
This is the equivalent key to be pressed on the keypad.
<Master code>
This indicates the code to be entered using the keypad.
<User code>
<Installer code>
<Technical Manager code>
<Master / User code>
This means that either code may be entered on the keypad indifferently.
The manual also contains symbols that provide the following information:
Warning!
Warning messages highlight potential system damage, data loss or non-compliance with applicable
regulations.
Notes:
notes contain important information, which may be useful for better use of the system.
This symbol indicates the compatibility with EN50131 grade 1 certification.
The overall certification of the system is equal to the minimum certification of the devices installed and the functions
enabled.
This symbol indicates the compatibility with EN50131 grade 2 certification.
The overall certification of the system is equal to the minimum certification of the devices installed and the functions
enabled.
This symbol indicates that the function or the device invalidate the EN50131 certification.
