Clean the Z-Axis lead screws with white 
lithium grease as necessary 

 

Remove and clean the inside of the 
exhaust plenum 

 

Regularly inspect and clean your exhaust 
ducting to the laser system (consult with 
HVAC professional) 

Every 12 months: 

 

Remove upper left external side cover and 
upper X arm cover to clean and re-grease 
linear bearings
