This page provides information useful for addressing system problems should they arise.

Create Diagnostics
ZIP
Generates a diagnostics.zip file that may be used to troubleshoot system
issues should they arise. May be stored locally or moved to a USB flash
drive.

Create Backup
Generates a backup of all system settings, control files, recipes, etc. for
later recovery or for transportation to another laser system.

Restore Recipes Restores a selected set of recipes to the system.

Update Software Opens the Software Update Dialog Page.

View Log Opens the System Log.

Remote Diagnostics
Launches a Remote Diagnostics session, enabling ULS Technical Support
to diagnose system issues by taking control of the laser system. Local
user authorization and a robust internet connection are required to use
Remote Diagnostics.

Restart ULS Control Restarts the server portion of the LSM.

Restart LSM Restarts the LSM.

System Information
Table
Shows a snapshot of the system information table. This is useful for
diagnosing system problems should they arise.
