Free Programmable Keys
3.8.1 How to Configure Free Programmable Keys (FPKs)
Prerequisites
•
Free Programmable Keys (FPKs) can be configured via the WBM or on the
local phone. The different methods are described below.
Configuring FPKs via WBM
•
In the WBM
Administrator
pages, navigate to
System > Features >
Program keys
. To assign a new function to a key, select a function from the
drop down list. To view or modify the parameters associated with the key, use
the
Edit
button. Click
Submit
to save your changes.

In the WBM
User
pages, navigate to
Phone > Program keys
. To assign a
new function to a key, select a function from the drop down list. To view or
modify the parameters associated with the key, use the
Edit
button. Click
Submit
to save your changes.
Configuring FPKs on the Local Phone
•
In the local phone´s
User
menu, navigate to
User > Phone > Program keys
and press the key to be programmed. Use the navigation keys to select a
function and to view or modify the parameters associated with the key. Select
Save&exit
and press
OK
to save your changes.
