9.2.1 _TROUBLESHOOTING AN HDMI ISSUE

Please find below the fields that you should monitor while experiencing the issue. To 

properly help you, the support team asks you to check these, so please, take a look before 

calling them.

NOTE: Please contact [email protected], they will send you the HDMI troubleshooting form to fill.

 9.2.1.1_ VIDEO INPUTS 

The basic idea is to check that video features match what you expect from the source configuration.

Also, it is very important to check the “SYNC“ field, which should be at “DETECTED” if everything is fine, “SOURCE TYPE” 
that will indicate if the source is HDMI 1, HDMI 2 or DVI. At last, “Copy Protect” is essential.

If you play a UHD disc, you should have “HDCP_22” reported.
