Description:
Restarts the Tramigo application code in the unit.

Notes:
1.
The GSM modem and GPS receiver are reset. Useful if there are GSM connection problems.
2.
Used primarily by support but can be used when the unit is not responding.
3.
When activated without specific hours interval, automatically sets 24 hour cyclic reboot.
Errors:
none
Examples:
Immediately reboots unit then reset counter for a 24-hour reboot setting.
