Sets the MCU temperature reporting on or off, or set the temperature limit

Can be used to monitor unit temperature.
2.
Temperature report occurs immediately when the internal temperature of the unit exceeds
the limit.
3.
Temperature limits value from 30 C to 100 C, default value is 70 C.
