6.12 Installing the Battery Pack

Make sure the Toshiba logo and pull tab are facing up on the battery pack.

CAUTION: Damage can occur to the computer if the battery pack is placed in the
battery well upside down.

Slide the battery pack into the battery slot until it stops (Figure 6-23).

Place the battery pack cover in place and secure its latch (Figure 6-24).
