4) Default Body Strings

Enter the body text that will be automatically entered in the Body field when users operate 
Scan to InternetFax from the control panel of this equipment. This body text will be applied to 
all of the InternetFaxes. It cannot be changed by users who have no administrative privi-
leges.

Select whether the body strings will be sent or not.
