The address book data can be exported in a CSV format. The exported address book data do
not include the items for groups. For the formats of the address book data and each item, see
the following page:

P.103 “Importing Address Book Data”

Select the [Administration] tab, enter the administrator's password
and click [Login].

To access the TopAccess administrator mode, see the

Setup Guide for Printing

Functions

Click the Maintenance menu and the Export submenu.

The Export submenu page is displayed.

Click [Create New File] in the Address Book area.

The information of the address book data (CSV file name) is displayed.
