Installing the Engine (continued)

19. Prime the fuel system; refer to

Priming the Fuel System (page 4–18)

20. Start the engine and check for coolant and hydraulic fluid leaks. Repair any

leaks as required.

21. Continue to run the engine to obtain the operating temperature. Check the

coolant and hydraulic fluid levels and adjust if necessary before returning
the machine to service.
