Feed water tank
with glass cover and
handle
: The feed water tank contains the feed water
(deionized water) used to generate the sterile
steam. The glass cover facilitates visual
inspection at any time (feed water content) and
protects the feed water from contamination.
The spent-steam condenser subsequently
condensates the steam, which can then be
disposed.
6
Control panel
: Keys and switch keys for programming; displays.
7
Door seal
: Seals the sterilizer door.
8
Anchors for locking
levers
: The locking levers keep the closed door tightly
locked to the housing anchors.
9
Sterilizing chamber
: Chamber in which items are sterilized.
10 Rack system
: A shelf (optional accessory) can be inserted
centrically to split the sterilizing chamber.
11 Feed water tank drain
: Connector for draining the feed water tank. A
piece of hose with a suitable coupling is included.
12 Condensate gutter
: Catches condensate that has formed on the door
or in the chamber.
13 Insert tray
: For placing sterilization containers in the
sterilizing chamber.
14 I-M-S printer display
: Shows the current values of the sensors of the
I-M-S printer in the sterilizing chamber:
Chamber temperature (in °C)
Absolute pressure inside the sterilizing chamber
(in kPa).
The admission temperature of the cooling water
(vacuum pump) is also displayed below the
chamber temperature.
15 Current values display
: Shows the current values of the control sensors
in the sterilizing chamber:
Chamber temperature (in °C)
Absolute pressure inside the sterilizing chamber
(in kPa)
Absolute pressure inside the double wall (in kPa)
Remaining sterilizing or drying time (in minutes)
16
key
▲
: Adjustment key for setting longer drying times
and for selecting programs.
17
