Transport:
This maintenance program automatically closes the locking
levers of the door, pushing out the door seal, so that the
sterilizer can be safely transported.
Bowie & Dick:
It is used to test the load for steam penetration and air re-
moval.
Vacuum & Empty: This vacuum test will identify any air leaks as defined in DIN
EN 285. Subsequently, an “empty cycle” is run in which the
sterilizer is heated up, with no separate user input required,
for
the subsequent Bowie & Dick test.
Emptyin:
This maintenance program heats the double wall space to
121 °C. Pressure is generated inside the double wall.
Opening
a valve empties the water from the double wall into the dis
posal
line.
Remove lidseal:
This service program is restricted to service mode.
“Ordinary” can see it in the cycle display (18) but cannot exe-
cute it.
